An application that helps field-service and trade businesses turn a voice note into a reviewed PDF quotation draft.

Challenge

In many small businesses, quotations are still prepared manually after a site visit. Notes must be organised later, materials selected and a PDF quotation assembled, which slows the sales process.

Approach and architecture

The central workflow runs from voice note to quotation: the note is captured, converted into a structured draft, reviewed and edited by the user, and only then issued as a PDF quotation. Pricing, material and supplier data are managed in a separate knowledge structure. AI supports draft preparation only; no quotation is completed without human approval.

My contribution

I developed the product concept and designed the data model, modular architecture and background-processing structure.

Outcome and current status

The core quotation workflow is working. User experience, testing and additional operational features remain in development.
