BMS Assemblies for Electric Vehicles

Challenge

In 2022, I completed an Erasmus+ placement at ElecSys France in Étupes. I contributed to the assembly, programming and testing of battery-management circuit boards for electric vehicles.

Approach and architecture

For each assembly, I followed the same sequence of assembly, firmware flashing and functional testing. Working with a repeatable testing process had a lasting influence on how I approach quality.

Outcome and current status

During the placement, I worked on the assembly, programming and testing of BMS assemblies for electric vehicles.
